A creative studio runs on the same few things: a client, a project for that client, a quote for the project and an invoice for what was agreed. Kept in separate tools, they copy each other endlessly. The client's details get typed into the quote, then the invoice, then the accounting sheet, and every change has to be chased through all of them.

Alt Studio needed those four things to be one connected record.

We designed the relationships first, because that's where all the value is: a quote belongs to a project, a project belongs to a client, an invoice comes from a quote. Get that right and information is entered once, then flows everywhere it's needed.

We kept the interface deliberately plain. It's a tool people use every day, and fast data entry beats fancy presentation.

Delivered in our usual two-to-four-week rhythm, in short cycles with working software at the end of every one.
