Software built around your business. Not the other way round.

Your team shouldn't bend around software that almost fits. We build the web apps, mobile apps, desktop tools and customer portals your business actually runs on, plus the integrations that stop people copying data from one screen to another.

The screens your customers see and the system your staff use behind them are designed together, on a deliberately small tech stack. That means it stays fast, stays secure, and any good developer (including yours) can pick it up after launch.

Software we build

02

What is included

  • Web applications

Portals, dashboards, ordering and operations systems that open in any browser and load fast enough that nobody waits.

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android

One cross-platform codebase for most apps, native when the app genuinely needs the device. We'll tell you which, and why.

  • Desktop applications

Windows, macOS and Linux software for offline work, heavy local files or the scanner, printer or till sitting next to the screen.

  • Custom business software and SaaS

Accounts, roles, billing and reporting built in from day one, so feature number twenty is as easy to add as feature number two.

  • APIs and integrations

Payments, accounting, CRMs and that old database nobody wants to touch, all talking to each other without a human in the middle.

  • Fast, secure, maintainable

Performance budgets, a security review by the same people who do our pen testing, and code another developer won't curse.

How a project runs

First we pin down what success looks like: the workflows the software must carry, who uses it, on which devices, and what has to be true on launch day. That becomes the yardstick for everything after.

Most of our projects go live in two to four weeks. Bigger scope? You get a working MVP within eight weeks, then new releases in short cycles, each one ending with software you can actually use.

Every application we've shipped replaced a messy mix of tools and manual steps with one system. That's the bar we hold ourselves to.

When to bring us in

  • Your business runs on spreadsheets, group chats and a tool that almost fits, and the mistakes keep happening in the gaps between them.
  • Customers want to order, book or request things themselves, on the web, on their phone or both, and your back office needs to keep up automatically.
  • Your staff need a desktop tool that works offline, handles big local files or talks to connected hardware.
  • You've got a product idea and want a working first version in real users' hands quickly.
  • Your current app has become slow or fragile, and the team is scared to touch it.

Questions we are asked

What kinds of software does Nycto build?
Web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, desktop software for Windows, macOS and Linux, SaaS products, e-commerce and online ordering, plus the APIs and integrations that connect them.
Should we build a mobile app, a web app or both?
Start with where your users are and what the app must do. A web app reaches everyone without an install; a mobile app earns its keep with daily use, notifications, offline work or the camera. Plenty of businesses launch on the web first and add mobile once usage proves it.
How long does a software project take?
Most of our projects go live in two to four weeks. Larger systems get a working MVP within eight weeks, then grow in short release cycles.
Do you build 3D and interactive web experiences?
Yes. We built a real-time 3D product configurator for Cliffs UK and an interactive 3D web experience for Join Force Valve Impex. Both run straight in the browser, no plugins.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start with a short review of the code and hosting, tell you straight what we found, then recommend fix-and-stabilise or a rebuild, with the reasoning for each.

Tell us what you're building.

We reply with a clear scope, an honest timeline and a fixed next step.
