How a project runs
We start by watching the workflow as it really happens (the actual steps, tools and people) and agree which steps should go. That list is the scope.
Most of our projects go live in two to four weeks. Bigger scope? You get a working MVP within eight weeks, then new releases in short cycles, each one ending with software you can actually use.
At the end we check the work against that list: which manual steps are gone and what nobody has to do by hand anymore. Every automation we've shipped has cut them.
